From the outside, this house looks like one of the typical Sydney houses in Australia.  Once inside, this house represents a new and contemporary style for houses in Australia.  Unlike other architect designed houses in Australia, this is an unusual mix of traditional exterior and contemporary interior house architecture.  The double storey void design is unique in two storey houses in Australia.  To fit well with the modern federation style found in the neighbourhood, the house has been designed to appear like a typical freestanding single family two storey brick veneer luxury house in Australia.
