AAPAC GROUP's principal, Fabian Chan, has over 25 years of experience in design, construction and project management of large scale building projects. He was trained as an architect in Australia and Hong Kong between late 70s and mid 80s. His experience was gained with top architectural firms and AEC firm in major projects, including high rise bank headquarters, office buildings, hotels, resorts, residential estates and mixed use commercial complexes.

Fabian diversified into project management in the late 80s, working with listed development PM construction firm and management consulting firm. He established AAPAC GROUP in the early 90s and soon provided construction and fitout service as a major part of the business. During the last 15 years, Fabian and his team has completed numerous building and fitout projects as either developer, architect, project manager or builder.
